Calendar Sync

Micro Macro IT Solutions developed a calendar sync tool between Profile appointments and Microsoft Exchange. This allows for appointments (filtered by appointment types, providers etc) to be synced automatically to Microsoft Exchange calendars.

Once synchronised, appointments are visible on mobile devices, room booking systems and other systems that integrate to Microsoft Exchange.

Appointment information synchronised from Profile to Microsoft Exchange can be customised to meet individual practice compliance and privacy standards.

As appointments are created, moved or deleted in Profile, they will auto sync to the designated mailbox for that provider or resource.

Currently we have a client who is synchronising over 100 mailboxes so that providers can view appointments remotely through their mobile devices and to also drive room booking system and display devices outside each of the individual meeting rooms.
